Tomato Soup is a reimagining of my caregiving experience with my great aunt. Starting with the awkwardness of living with someone new and taking the audience on a journey of care. A comedy based in a narrative style of joke writing, but with a robust amount of set-up, punch, that focuses on the wins, losses, joys and frustrations of the caregiver while also exploring the quirks of living with an elderly relative who, until that point, had been a background character in my life.
