Updated 3/30
Theatres are taking action steps when it comes to COVID-19. Below, we've updated performance details and included official statements for theatres in Greater Philadelphia. Please note that the details here are subject to change moment-by-moment and will be updated regularly.
It's important to note that theatres completely rely on live community presence, gathering, and support. If a performance is canceled or if an audience member needs to cancel a ticket, patrons should please consider making a donation to that theatre.
Canceled or Postponed Events
The following organizations have announced postponed or canceled events:
Inis Nua - In light of the current public health situation and following the advice of the CDC, Inis Nua Theatre Company will be postponing the remainder of our 2019-2020 Season. While this was a difficult decision to make, we feel that this is the best course of action for the health and safety of you, our audience, as well as the dedicated artists and administrators we employ. We are reaching out to all ticket-holders regarding next steps. Folk by Tom Wells and our Pop-Up Play in a Pub Lemons, Lemons, Lemons, Lemons, Lemons by Sam Steiner will now be featured as part of our 2020-2021 Season. This is a challenging time for us all so we are glad to share that the most exciting new plays from Ireland, England, Scotland, and Wales will still be coming to Philadelphia…just a few months later than originally planned. - https://ci.ovationtix.com/35143/store/donations
