Stage Manager - Tick Tick Boom

Ridley Performing Arts Program (RPAP) is seeking a Stage Manager for its MainStage production of Tick, Tick…Boom!, rehearsing in January 2026 and running February 26–March 1, 2026. The Stage Manager will oversee all rehearsal and performance logistics, serving as the communication link between the Director, cast, crew, and RPAP leadership. This role is key in ensuring the production runs efficiently and professionally from first rehearsal through closing.

Rehearsals are Mondays/Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Starting Feb 7th-March 1st

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and manage all rehearsals beginning in January 2026, as well as tech and dress rehearsals.
• Maintain the master rehearsal schedule and track cast attendance/conflicts.
• Record detailed rehearsal notes and distribute daily reports to the creative and production teams.
• Ensure rehearsal materials, props, and space are organized and prepared.
• Call all cues and oversee backstage operations during technical rehearsals and performances.
• Serve as the central communication hub, fostering clarity, consistency, and professionalism throughout the process.
