Set on the back porch of an isolated rural American home, CARE TAKER unfolds in 15 minutes of real time as Cody processes the events of a difficult day caring for his mother, Diana. This story explores of what it really means to support the ones you love at the intersection of two identities.
Casting the following roles:
DIANA: Late 50s - Early 60s, East Asian or Southeast Asian. Diana has been living with the onset of a cognitive disability for about 2 years. She is sometimes lucid, sometimes extremely confused. Loves her family more than anything.
