Seeking Assistant Stage Manager for Spring Awakening

Relic Theatre Company is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Stage Manager (ASM) for our upcoming production of Spring Awakening. Please note that we are seeking non-union only at this time.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Production Stage Manager in all rehearsals, tech, and performances.
• Assist with tracking props, costumes, and scene changes.
• Help maintain the rehearsal space and performance environment.
• Communicate notes between departments as needed.
• Be present for all required production dates (listed below).

Important Dates:

• FIRST REHEARSAL: Tuesday, September 16
• DESIGNER RUN: Saturday, September 27
• LOAD IN BEGINS: Monday, September 29
  Potential for spacing rehearsal(s) before tech based on readiness in space
• TECH DAY 1: Friday, October 3 — 12:00 PM–10:00 PM (90-min dinner)
• TECH DAY 2: Saturday, October 4 — 12:00 PM–10:00 PM (90-min dinner)
• TECH DAY 3: Sunday, October 5 — 12:00 PM–6:00 PM, 1-hour break, 7:30 PM goal run
• FIRST PREVIEW: Tuesday, October 7 — 2:00–5:00 PM rehearsal, 7:30 PM show
• SECOND PREVIEW: Wednesday, October 8 — 2:00–5:00 PM rehearsal (if needed), 7:30 PM show
• OPENING NIGHT: Thursday, October 9 — 7:30 PM show
• CLOSING: Sunday, October 26 — 3:00 PM show
