Seeking: African American male actor, who is able to play an octogenarian.
Character:
Midge is a proud, sharp-witted building superintendent in New York City. Nearly blind, but fiercely independent, he forms an unlikely friendship with Nat Moyer, an 81-year-old Jewish New Yorker. The role calls for strong comedic timing, warmth, and genuine emotional depth.
