Sawubona Creativity Project (SCP) is seeking women-identifying/non-binary performers for their upcoming show, The SINsation. They are looking for various levels of experience from all performance fields (acting/improv/standup).

The SINsation is a fully improvised longform show. The show is inspired by the 7 deadly sins and will take on a format similar to a Reality TV show. This show will make its debut during Philly Fringe 2024.

Audition Date/Time Windows:

Sunday July 14 from 10:00am-4:00pm

Monday July 15 from 5:00pm-9:00pm

Callbacks for these auditions will be on Wednesday July 17th from 7pm-9pm.

Audition Location: 1935 E. Passyunk Avenue, Philadelphia PA 19148

Commitment/Expectation: Cast members are expected to attend all rehearsals, the tech/dress rehearsal, and all 4 performances.

Wednesday Aug. 7 - 7:00pm-9:00pm

Wednesday Aug. 14 - 5:00pm-7:00pm

Wednesday Aug. 21 - 7:00pm-9:00pm 

Wednesday Sept. 4 - 7:00pm-9:00pm

Wednesday Sept. 11 - 7:00pm-9:00pm

Wednesday Sept. 18 - 5:00pm-7:00pm

Dress/Tech Rehearsal: Sunday Sept. 22 - 5:00pm-7:00pm

Performance Dates:

Wednesday, Sept. 25 at 7:00pm

Thursday, Sept. 26 at 7:00pm

Friday, Sept. 27 at 7:00pm

Saturday, Sept. 28 at 2:00pm

The SINsation was originally created by Christen Sheroff and Tanya Morgan. This version will be directed by Mary Carpenter with input from the original creators.
