Located in the historic district of Bristol Borough, the theatre has a full-time staff of 14 employees, with most senior staff having been with the organization for a minimum of 10 years.

DESCRIPTION
We seek a part-time Box Office associate to work at in our Box Office approximately 4-12 hours per week, 25-27 weeks per year. Hours will primarily be on evenings and weekends. Additional hours may be available outside of show weeks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with excellent leadership and verbal communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Friendly disposition and an ability to make guests feel welcome is essential to the job. Additional hours may be available to applicants who are interested in cross-training in other front of house positions.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Box Office Associate performs the following duties:
- Quickly and efficiently deliver and sell tickets using complex Tessitura ticketing software in a fast-paced environment via walk up and phone orders.
- Handle customer complaints; ensure a pleasant customer experience and solve problems as needed.
- Accurately report on sales at the end of shift.
