Non-union Actors for Fever Dream Repertory's production of The Thin Place

Fever Dream Repertory is looking for non-union actors for its October production of Lucas Hnath's eerie play The Thin Place.  Auditions will be held at the Skinner Studio of Plays & Players, 1714 Delancey, 3rd Floor, on Wednesday July 16 and Monday July 21 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.  Callbacks are by invitation only and will be held at the Skinner Studio on Wednesday July 23 beginning at 6:30 p.m.  A stipend will be paid at the end of the production.

 

Available roles are:

HILDA (30s-40s) A woman haunted by the death of her grandmother and her mother's strange disappearance. 

SYLVIA (30s-50s) A very wealthy woman who may be the spurned partner of Linda.

JERRY (30s) Linda's charismatic American cousin who works with political candidates.

The role of LINDA, a British medium, has been cast.

Rehearsals will be in Philadelphia beginning right after Labor Day and performances will be between October 17 and October 23 at the Skinner Studio.

For your audition, please prepare a 1-2 minute contemporary monologue of your choice AND a brief true story where you or someone you know experienced something strange or eerie.

Salary
