Netflix House is a new, permanent entertainment venue where fans can step into their favorite Netflix stories through immersive experiences and elevated hospitality. The first two locations will open in King of Prussia, PA and Galleria Dallas in 2025. Netflix House builds on our global live experiences, including The Queen’s Ball: A Bridgerton Experience, Stranger Things: The Experience, Squid Game: The Trials, and Stranger Things: The First Shadow on London’s West End. Collectively, Netflix has reached 7.5 million fans across 170 openings in 100 cities, with an average guest rating of 4.7/5.

Now Hiring: Two Character Roles

We are seeking Attractions Crew Members to bring scripted roles to life in immersive, in-world environments while providing exceptional guest experiences.

Wednesday: Eve of the Outcasts

Character: Professor Noctura
An eccentric genius overflowing with moonlit trivia and a pocket full of owl pellets, Professor Noctura hosts Eve of the Outcasts in the Wednesday attraction. A Fur barely holding onto their human form, Noctura is Nevermore’s most enthusiastic authority on all things that bump, screech, or skitter in the night. This role requires strong improvisation skills, narrative delivery, and the ability to keep energy high in the space.

One Piece: Quest for the Devil Fruit

Character: Marine
The Marine is no-nonsense, humorless, and eager to prove themselves to the regime. A fresh recruit hungry to rise in the ranks, they’re excited for the chance to finally catch real pirates. In the attraction, the Marine transitions guests from the pre-show into the first room by “arresting” them and guiding them into a jail cell.

Responsibilities

• Perform in scripted, in-character roles and facilitate immersive fan interactions.
  
• Deliver best-in-class guest service while adhering to specific IP needs and story environments.
  
• Act as a Netflix Ambassador, building fandom and engagement with Netflix stories.
  
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including safety and emergency protocols.
  
• Support a culture of safety and show quality in all actions.
  
• Perform additional show and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
  
• Ability to step up and down from elevated platforms (e.g., standing on a crate).
  
• Experience in immersive experiences, theatrical productions, or show-based attractions.
  
• Strong improvisation and performance skills; ability to follow scripts and timing marks.
  
• Excellent teamwork, customer service, and communication skills.
  
• Familiarity with Netflix content; enthusiasm for fan engagement.
  
• Willingness to learn and follow environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.
  
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, for a 365-day operation.
  
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
