About the Role:

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that enhance Camden Rep’s brand, drive audience engagement, and increase ticket sales. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can craft compelling narratives, build partnerships, and leverage digital and traditional media to maximize our impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for productions, events, and programs.
• Manage Camden Rep’s online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing.
• Create engaging content that reflects our mission and attracts diverse audiences.
• Oversee branding efforts to ensure consistency across all materials.
• Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners.
• Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Experienced in marketing, communications, or a related field (theater marketing is a plus!).
