The Walnut Street Theatre is seeking a dynamic teaching artist with film and/or commercial experience to teach Youth Acting for the Camera this fall on Saturdays from October 4-December 13 from 12:15pm-1:45pm at the historic Walnut Street Theatre. No class on November 19. Curriculum and lesson plans to be created in collaboration with Associate Director of Education, Amanda Pasquini. Class typically ends with students receiving a reel of their work created throughout the semester, so familiarity with Google Drive and editing software is ideal. Imperative that teaching artist not miss more than 2 classes, but subs can be found for up to 2 classes as long as notice is given.
Teaching artists at WST are paid hourly and are independent contractors.
Pay is $50/hr. WST Teaching Artists also received 50% off WST classes.
