This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in leading a rehearsal process, working with industry professionals, and helping kids create an original musical from the ground up.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Take notes for directors and assistant directors (working professionals in the field)
  • Supervise lunch breaks and be a positive, supportive presence for campers
  • Oversee daily dismissal and transitions
  • Lead warm-ups and theatre games
  • Take attendance and help guide students throughout the building
  • Support the rehearsal and creative process
  • Participate in and help prepare for the final community performance on August 2
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Gain:

  • Mentorship from professional directors and theatre educators
  • Hands-on leadership and rehearsal experience
  • Devising and directing skills in a collaborative environment
  • Real-world experience in arts education and youth mentorship
