'terms of use: the scroll' is a tone sequel to the hit 2025 philadelphia fringe play 'terms of use: a millennial farce,' named by the philadelphia inquirer as the fringe offering most likely to inspire existential dread. think of our vibe as an on-stage 'black mirror.'

we are seeking gen z playwrights for new plays 1-6 minutes in length on the topic of the social media scroll for a free playwriting workshop. the plays will be part of a combined staged reading performance as part of the 2026 philadephia fringe festival. college students are encouraged to apply.
