TRAPS will be presented in the Cannonball Festival as part of the Philly Fringe Festival. It is a 45 minute futuristic and absurd tragicomedy about a dysfunctional relationship. An earlier, shorter version was presented in last year's fringe as "Of Mice and Women". Rehearsals will take place in August and September with performances happening From September 23rd-28th.
Characters:
Woman (18-30)- An insecure painter struggling with identity and purpose
Man (18-30)- A charming personality struggling with his moral compass
Mouse (any age, any gender)- A gruff, but comedic personality. Accents are a huge part of their characterization
Actors from marginalized communities and actors with little to no experience are encouraged to apply.
