AUDITION NOTICE- SHREK THE MUSICAL

We are excited to announce auditions for our upcoming Feb/March production of Shrek The Musical! The production team is seeking a cast of performers diverse in body types, race, ethnicity, gender identity.
Auditions: October 21st & 23rd, 2025 from 7-10pm. You will be scheduled in groupings of 20 minutes.
Callbacks + Dance Call (by invitation): October 25th, 2025 at 5:00pm
Show Dates: February 27, 28; March 1st, 6th, 7th, 8th, 13th, 14th
Cast Meeting/Measurements/First Rehearsal: November 20th 7:00pm
Rehearsals will generally be held on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays. You will not be called to every rehearsal.
Please prepare two songs (16-32 measures each) in different styles. We prefer to not hear songs from the show at the initial audition. Please clearly mark all sheet music for the accompanist. Karaoke tracks are not accepted. You may be asked to only sing one cut based on time restrictions.
Age Requirement: Auditionees must be 16 years or older for all roles excluding Young Fiona, Teen Fiona, and Young Shrek.
All roles are unpaid.
