2025/26 Casting Notice
Seeking both Equity and Non-Equity actors for Azuka and Simpatico’s 2025/26 Season.
Only actors local to the Philadelphia area or with local housing will be considered.

- AGENT BLISS - a cis man in his 30s. White. Militant but easily spooked.
- HEN - nonbinary, 20s/30s. Any race. Too young to be so confident.
- WARREN - a trans man in his 30s/40s. Any race. In delirious pain, but still funny. This role must be played by a trans man.
- ALY - this role has already been cast
Azuka and Simpatico will produce readings & workshops throughout the season. We encourage performers of all ethnicities, gender identities, and ages, as well as performers with disabilities, to submit.
Hours and Compensation:
- Artists who work with us will rehearse up to 30 hours/week and perform up to 6 shows/week.
- Pay varies between $500 and $550/week.
- We rehearse and performs at the Drake at 302 S. Hicks St in Philadelphia. Please consider transportation before submitting as we are unable to provide extra compensation for travel at this time.

We accept submissions on a rolling basis. We are happy to hear from you anytime. Show-specific deadlines are as follows:
