ABOUT THE ROLE:
Richie Walters – Male-presenting, Black, 20s–30s. A high-energy, athletic former kindergarten teacher who sings "Gimme the Ball." Must have strong dance technique, charisma, and vocal ability. Tenor range.

PRODUCTION INFO:

• Location: West Chester and Parkesburg, PA
• No housing is provided — reliable transportation is required
• All roles paid (per-performance stipend)
• Non-union
• Must be 18+ to audition

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE:

Rehearsals will run July 13–September 12, with the following regular schedule:

• Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:30–9:30 PM
• Sundays: 5:30–9:00 PM

Rehearsals will be held at:

• Chester County School of the Arts (Parkesburg, PA)
• Uptown Knauer Performing Arts Center (West Chester, PA)

*We are willing to work around a minimal number of conflicts with rehearsals. 

TECH & PERFORMANCE DATES:
📍 Tech Week (Mandatory): September 13–18
📍 Performances (Mandatory):

• September 19–21, 25–28; 7 performances (Saturday matinees may be added in the event of sell-outs)
