Turandot: Male-Presenting Supernumerary Roles

Post Date: Mar 25, 2024

OperaDelaware is currently seeking a number of male-presenting supernumerary actors for our upcoming production of Puccini's Turandot. Supernumerary actors, often referred to as "supers," serve an important role in bringing an opera story to life: they portray non-singing characters that help fill in the gaps of the ensemble. For this production, we are seeking male-presenting actors to portray guards, a monk, an executioner, and a prisoner.

Staging rehearsals will take place at OperaDelaware's studio at 4 South Poplar St, Wilmington, DE. Tech rehearsals and performances will take place at the Grand Opera House at 818 N Market St, Wilmington, DE.
