This hilarious and heartfelt “techno-comedy” tells the story of Jennifer Marcus, an agoraphobic computer genius who builds a computer replica of herself, Jenny Chow, to go across the world in search of her biological mother.

CASTING: 3 fem | 3 masc
Jennifer Marcus | Fem, 22, Asian-American. Incredibly smart, sarcastic, and strong willed; but seriously debilitated by her OCD, Anxiety, Agoraphobia, and Germophobia.
Mr. Marcus / Mr. Zhang | Masc, 40s-50s (any ethnicity). A caring father, sometimes a bit on the lenient side. Conversely, a father who knows nothing of his wife’s first child.
Preston / Terrence / Col. Hubbard / Dr. Yakunin / Voice of Computer / Translator | Masc, 20s-30s. (any ethnicity). An assortment of people in Jennifer’s life. A mormon who helps Jennifer, a couple government officials, a former professor, a computer program, and a translation software.
Adele Hartwick / Ms. Zhang | Fem, 40s-50s (any ethnicity). The mother who adopted Jennifer and worked hard to provide for her family, at times to the detriment of their relationships. Conversely, the mother who gave birth to Jennifer and placed her for adoption.
Todd / A Boy | Masc, 20s. (any ethnicity). A former classmate of Jennifer’s and regular pizza delivery guy. Conversely, the young child belonging to Jennifer’s birth mother and her husband.
Jenny Chow | Fem, 20s, Asian-American. A flying robot.
