The Summer Camp Program Director is a part-time and flexible position. The position is available now to begin programming for Summer 2024. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating our Summer Theatre Arts Enrichment Camps in New Castle County, Delaware. The Summer Camp Program Director will be responsible for the following:
Scheduling camps and instructional artistic team: actors, choreographers, make-up artists, etc
Serving as liaison for schools, parents, and our Actor/educators
Supervising artists and sitting in on actor auditions
Increasing the number of camp offerings
Marketing/advertising camps
Conceptualizing some creative aspects of camps
Coordinating the play productions by preparing programs, materials, costume accessories, props, sets and delivering to schools as needed
Coordinating registrations and class lists
Checking voicemail/emails
Updating website
Running camp fairs!
Any other job related tasks that emerge.
The Program Director will report to the Executive Director every 2 weeks and as needed.
Hourly rate is negotiable. Incentive plans are available for productivity!
