People’s Light, a LORT D theater located outside of Philadelphia, is seeking summer apprentices. Entering its 49th season, People’s Light is a nationally recognized and award-winning theatre company located in Chester County, PA. Apprenticeships for Summer 2023 include roles available in Education, working alongside Teaching Artists leading the SummerBLAST theatre-making programs for students in grades 2-8, and Community Programming, supporting a variety of performance and festival events in collaboration with community leaders and partners. Apprenticeships are paid $14/hour as detailed in each specific role. Academic credit may be available depending on school requirements. Please note the application deadline for each opportunity.
