Production Staff Positions - 2023/24 Season

The Media Theatre is seeking experienced production staff (Director / Choreographer / Assistant Director) positions for their upcoming 2023-2024 season. Seeking dynamic and experienced candidates that are self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Positions require daytime, some nighttime and some weekend hours. Must have reliable transportation. Local housing is not available. Must be experienced working in a professional theatrical setting with youth actors, and have all federal and state clearances available. See details below:

SCHOOL OF ROCK - Director and Choreographer 

• Seeking professional production staff members who work well with children. Positions may be combined into one role. Ideal candidates have a strong sense of musicianship. If submitting as a pair, please submit separate applications and identify your desired colleague in the body of your email.
• Mondays through Saturdays: 9:30am-5:30pm beginning February 19, 2024 with an opening date of Friday March 8, 2024. (Prior rehearsal dates with Youth Actors only TBD)

Must be available for audition and callback dates in Summer 2023.

MARY POPPINS - Assistant Director

• Seeking professional Assistant Director who works well with children and large ensemble professionals. Ideal candidates have choreographic experience to both assist in the blocking & choreography of the show, and have a keen eye for detail. 

• Mondays through Saturdays: 9:30am-5:30pm beginning November 13, 2023 with an opening date of Friday December 8, 2023. (Prior rehearsal dates with Youth Actors only TBD, and pre-production in October 2023)
