Outbound Sales Manager

Walnut Street Theatre is seeking an Outbound Sales Manager. Responsibilities include recruiting and leading a telephone sales team of approximately six to maximize the sale of ticket packages and fundraising efforts, selling outbound group sales, providing excellent customer service, accurate and timely reporting, and the management of qualified leads.  Candidate must have strong sales capabilities, along with excellent mentoring, computer, and management skills. Base salary of $50,000 plus excellent benefits and commission. Based on last year’s sales commission would be at least $6,000 with great potential for earnings growth.
