In association with its 2023 summer production of Macbeth (directed by AZ Espinoza), Delaware Shakespeare (Wilmington, DE) offers apprenticeships for college students who wish to gain professional experience before graduation. Apprentices work with the Del Shakes' talented directors, actors, designers, and staff to gain hands-on experience both on and off the stage. Del Shakes offers performance, directing, stage management, and production apprenticeships. Apprenticeships begin June 21, 2023 (production apprenticeships start July 11, 2023). Macbeth rehearses nights and weekends, and runs from July 21-August 6, 2023. The apprentice program completes on August 7, 2023.

All applicants should please submit a resume, two references (contact information only, no reference letter required), and a cover letter explaining their interest in becoming a Delaware Shakespeare Apprentice before March 29, 2023.
