The Candlelight Theatre, located in historic Ardentown, Delaware (30 minutes from Center City, Philadelphia) is accepting pictures (headshot or recent photo) and resumes for its upcoming production of The Sound of Music directed and choreographed by Renee Dobson, with Musical Direction by Doug Lutz. Seeking non-union, singers, actors, and dancers, of all types, and ethnicity. Rehearsals will start approximately Monday, May 22, 2023 thru July 14, 2023. The production runs July 15 – August 27, 2023. The Sound of Music, based on the memoir of Maria Von Trapp, The Story of the Trapp Family Singers, is the final collaboration between Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II.
