Job Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. We are looking for a motivated individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle challenges with enthusiasm. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the management team and staff.

- Manage office communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.

- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to documents.

- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, coordinating logistics as needed.

- Handle day-to-day office operations, including office supply inventory and vendor management.

- Conduct research and assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
